- There will be airport shuttle buses from EXPO XXI to Warsaw airport every hour (from 12:00 to 17:00) on Friday 23 April.

- Badges and conference materials
- All participants will be provided with a badge upon arrival, which must be worn at all times whilst in the venue. You may also be required to show your badge at some social events. Conference delegates will not be allowed into session rooms without their badge.
Should you lose your badge, please go to the registration desks for assistance.
All participants will be provided with a bag containing event materials on arrival, subject to availability. An exhibition catalogue will be included inside the bag, and, for conference delegates, a final copy of the conference programme.

- Thanks to enormous success of the EWEC conference, the conference passes have been sold out and the onsite conference registration will NOT be possible. People are still welcome to register onsite to attend the exhibition and the Polish conference.

Cash points are widely available. There is one cash point in the entrance hall at EXPO XXI Warsaw International Expocentre. Please note that it is only accessible to those participants who already have a badge.
All major credit cards are widely accepted throughout Warsaw in shops, restaurants, hotels, banks etc., althought not always in taxis. Foreign exchange facilities can be found at the airport, railway station and major banks.

The exhibition includes a jobs corner displaying jobs with EWEC 2010 exhibitors: a screen will display the vacancy title, exhibitor name and stand where potential candidates can discuss the opportunity while at the event.

Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is located about 15 km from the Warsaw’s city centre

A bus operates between the airport and the city centre: bus number 175 runs all week from O4:50 – 23:00 to “Warszawa – Centralna” railway station and to city centre – “Centrum” bus stop. The journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes and costs 4,20 PLN.

There is also a bus N32 (night) that runs all week from 23:09 to 04:39 to “Warszawa – Centralna” railway station.
By train
Warsaw has three large railway stations for international and domestic connections: Western Warsaw Station (Zachodnia), Central Warsaw Station (Centralna), Eastern Warsaw Station (Wschodnia).
The best place to get on and off trains is the Central Station, located in the heart of the city centre (54 Jerozolimskie Av.).

By bus
The largest coach station, both for domestic and international destinations, is the Western Warsaw Coach Station (Dworzec PKS Warszawa Zachodnia), 144 Jerozolimskie Street. Another coach station, for eastbound destinations, both domestic and international (Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, Russia - Kaliningrad), is the Warsaw Stadium Coach Station (Warszawa Stadion).

Warsaw is accessible via the following motorways:

Rates:
From Frederic Chopin Airport to EXPO XXI Warsaw International Expocentre: PLN 35-40 approx.
From Frederic Chopin Airport to city centre: PLN 40-50 approx.
Official taxis should have a sign on the bonnet saying “TAXI”, unlike unofficial taxis where there is only a telephone number indicated on the signs. It is advisable to avoid using unofficial taxis, wherever possible.
Before taking a taxi, please check that the car has a meter installed. You should also check the rate/Km indicated by a sticker in the taxi window. The average rate is between 1.8zl. and 2.8zl/Km.
Hotel taxis charge a higher rate, ranging from approximately 4zl to 5zl/km.
Please note that the majority of taxis do not accept credit cards.
